The Phillips 66 Global Marketing business distributes, sells and markets gasoline, diesel, aviation and renewable fuels in the United States and across Europe. Through our well-recognized brands and operational excellence, we are able to serve consumers with high-quality products and programs globally. In the United States, our products are sold through approximately 7,540 independently owned outlets in 48 states. These sites feature the Phillips 66, Conoco or 76 brands.

Upon receiving a full-time offer with Phillips 66, you will be enrolled in KATALYST, a premier commodity supply and trading development program for market-savvy university new hires. KATALYST associates experience a dynamic, 90-day immersion to the Phillips 66 energy value chain followed by three (3) targeted rotations where acquired knowledge and relationships will cultivate a fulfilling career in US Marketing. Participants are also provided networking opportunities, career coaching, and exposure to senior leadership team members.

Upon completion of this program, KATALYST associates are placed in their first rotational assignment in the Houston Headquarters. Assignments are approximately 12 to 24 months in duration and provide experiential learning and development opportunities primarily in the areas of Sales, Supply & Pricing and Analytics. These roles cultivate transferable skills like Commercial Knowledge, Data Analysis, and Customer/Vendor Management, while providing functional development in an innovative environment to afford associates an exciting/challenging cross-functional career across Phillips 66.
