Our Procurement new hire program is designed to give you a firm foundation of skills and knowledge to support you throughout your career at Phillips 66. The Procurement Early Career Program (PECP) provides meaningful experiences in two to three unique positions during your first five to six years.
Once you complete the program, you will be moved into a role that will leverage the business needs with your skills and career development.
The Procurement Early Career Program includes positions in:
- Category Management, Sourcing or Functional Excellence Analytics.
- Refining, Marketing or Midstream Procurement.
Over time, your career may include a mix of many roles including contracting, materials management, analytics, category management, buying, and procurement process management. We have over 250 people performing roles that span the entire procure-to-pay process.
