Our Accounting/Finance function is responsible for translating business events into the financial story for Phillips 66. We also partner with business leaders to provide information and insight used to make business decisions. From transactional accounting through external reporting, we take pride in the financial integrity we bring to the company.
As part of the Accounting/Finance Co-op Program , you will be assigned to a role in the Controllers organization, which serves as the economic guardian for closing the books, maintaining controls, and issuing quarterly financial statements. In addition, you will be assigned a new hire mentor who will help you get acquainted with the workplace.
You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that allows you to gain experience with financial applications and business operations.
Exposure to various systems will give you experience working in Excel, SAP, Alteryx, Tableau and more.
Co-op assignments are located in Bartlesville, OK.
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or Finance
6+ Accounting hours completed prior to start of employment
Graduation date of May 2022 or later
Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week
A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
9+ Accounting hours
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous internship or co-op participant in a related industry
